The Dancing Eyes

Dancing eyes is a common description of the phenomenon of the involuntary eye oscillation movements that occur quite naturally when looking at a landscape through the window of a car. The sculptures in this exhibition combine the experience of being on the road, glances at the rear-view mirror, damaged and recycled car windows, the mechanic who provided the glass and Zerini-Le Reste’s own artistic journey.

A Trembling Rock Rises

In this exhibition, Kuh Del Rosario illustrates the different ways in which a person can connect to a specific place and the people who live there, exploring how these relationships help to shape and affirm one’s fundamental sense of self. Through installations composed of everyday waste, the artist evokes 2 major mountain ranges that made a strong impression on the artist when she first arrived in the country

PIERRE-OLIVIER DÉRY
RoadKill

Pierre-Olivier Déry, the 2025 recipient of the Yvonne L. Bombardier Visual Arts Fellowship, presents in this exhibition a sort of autopsy of the automobile, viewing the machine almost as a living organism. The body of work on display draws a parallel between the automobile and the common reed (Phragmites australis), an invasive plant that grows alongside highways.
